MOTIVATION FOR YOU TO GET FIT AND TALK ABOUT FITNESS GOALS. 

Check out a sample of the online video style clip below. This online fitness program is tailored to workout your entire body. Each day is specific to certain muscle groups of arms, shoulders and cardio, legs and chest, back and abs. Each video is 35 minutes long. Each week will also have 2 videos for a 15 minute stretch and a 20 minute yoga workout. These videos are shared privately to your email address where you will have access to them 24/7. That means you are able to workout anytime on your own schedule. No equipment is needed. However, you can easily add dumbbells to any of the workouts to make it more advanced. The videos are accessible through your smartphone or computer. The videos are made for beginners and advanced. No matter what your level, these videos are for you. The mindset is to do what you can and not compare yourself to anyone. As long as you move your feet for 35 minutes, you have accomplished your goal that day.

 

Your trainer will provide you with a notion page specific for you, personally. On this notion page, your trainer will help motivate you to stick with your workouts. Included on this page will be a calendar to track your workouts. You will be able to comment on how you felt that day. These comments will only be seen by you and your trainer. Your trainer will give you feedback and suggestions. They are available 24/7. Anytime you have a question or need a tip, suggestion or motivation, you can contact them and they will give you an immediate response. The notion page is where you will have access to youtube videos that your trainer suggests for you to watch, motivational quotes, an excel spreadsheet with all of your workouts for easy accessibility and a nutrition page that will help keep you focused on nourishing your body. The My Fitness Pal web link on the notion page allows you to record your daily progress photos, so that you can see real time results.

 

Your certified trainer is available for all of your needs and it is important to communicate with them in order for you to reach your goals whether it is positive or negative. Don't be afraid to tell them that you had a bad day. They want to hear this to help you get in the right habits and mindset. Your trainer will schedule a weekly zoom call to talk to you about your weekly goals and past achievements.
